Motivy is operated by the entity stated in the app or on our website.
Service
We provide a habit and target tracking service. You are responsible for your use and for keeping your account secure.
Your responsibility
You must use the service lawfully and not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (e.g. Motivy Plus) are billed in accordance with the platform (App Store, Play Store, or web). Refunds are handled by the platform. You may cancel anytime.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email where appropriate.
